Terms and Conditions
- A non-refundable deposit of R1,500.00 is payable to ensure booking.
- A wedding on weekdays and Sundays, less 10%.
- Any outstanding balance is payable on or before date of wedding. Proof of payment required.
- Wedding package includes travelling cost in and around the West Rand of Gauteng. Travelling cost outside this area charged at R2.00 per km excluding toll-gate costs. Travelling costs will be discussed and agreed with the client beforehand and included in the total package cost quoted.
- Accommodation if required. Accommodation costs will be discussed and agreed with the client beforehand and included in the total package cost quoted
- Copyright remains the property of Kukama Images and Photographic Services unless noted.
- Permission is herewith given to Kukama Images and Photographic Services to use any photograph for PR, marketing, display or entry into any photographic competition.
- In event that any photographs prove to be defective because of defects in materials, equipment, chemicals or procedures, the undersigned agrees to waive any claims of negligence, breach of warranty or contract, mental harm and distress.
- I confirm that this agreement is being regarded as due demand for payment of all outstanding contractual fees owing to Kukama Images and Photographic Services.
- I consent to judgment in terms of section 57 and section 58 of the Magistrates Court Act, to be obtained against me in order for Kukama Images and Photographic Services to collect any outstanding and due amount from me.
- Should I default in any part payment or installment payment, due and payable, I consent to the whole outstanding balance to becoming payable immediately.
- I consent to the payment of all legal costs, should Kukama Images and Photographic Services have to institute legal action against me, at attorney and own Client scale, plus interest at a rate of 5% above prime bank overdraft rate applicable, as applied by FNB Bank on date of signature hereof.
- I also consent to payment of collection commission and tracing agents’ fees.
- I choose my address for service of all notices and or document of litigation process at the addresses to give written notice within 7 days of change of any of my address particulars as stipulated on the face of this contract.
- The photographic material generated and/or furnished by Kukama Images and Photographic Services will remain the property in all respects of Kukama Images and Photographic Services until full and final settlement of all outstanding fees has been effected.
- The client may reproduce photos from the included original files on the DVD and enter it for competitions. In such an instance a reasonable request is made to acknowledge and mention Kukama Images and Photographic Services when photos are used or distributed to any third party.
